Describing a Project Milestones
Between the scheduled start and end dates, intermediate milestones can be defined and associated with deliverables.
Associating a project deliverable with a milestone does not affect automatic initialization of its life cycle; it can be subject to a manual modification if appropriate. Within the framework of project progress follow-up, you can define the level of progress for each milestone.
To add a milestone to a project:
1. Open Project Milestones page of the Project that interests you.
2. In the Milestones section, click New.
The window for creating a milestone appears.
3. Specify:
• The local name
• The scheduled date of the milestone
• A comment if required
4. Click OK.
