Accessing Posts
To access Posts:
1. From the Personnel navigation menu, select Taxonomy - Structure.
2. Click the Posts tab.
The list of Posts is displayed.
Creating a Post
To create a Post:
1. From the Personnel navigation menu, select Taxonomy - Structure.
2. Click the Posts tab.
The list of Posts appears.
3. Click New.
The new Post appears in the list.
Properties of a Post
The Characteristics properties page of an organization provides access to:
• its Owner, the current enterprise by default,
• its Name,
• the text of its Description,
• Internal / External
