NCV-2 Capability Taxonomy
The NCV-2 subview provides a structured list of the capabilities and sub-capabilities required for the vision established in the NCV-1 subview.
A Business Capability is a set of features that can be made available by a system (an enterprise or an automated system).This list of capabilities is to be delivered for a particular timeframe. It has a hierarchical structure where capabilities are sometimes subdivided into sub capabilities and/or functions in order to provide clarity and the appropriate level of granularity required by subsequent processes in the capability management process.
