Creating a Cause-Effect Diagram from a Problem
To create a cause-effect diagram from an issue:
1. In the Diagrams property page of the issue, click Create a diagram.
2. Select Cause-effect diagram.
The diagram opens in the edit area.
Three object types are available by default in a cause-and-effect diagram: Issue, Objective and Requirement.
In this type of diagram, the issues are sequenced by cause-to-effect links.
