The methodology embedded in the HOPEX Customer Journey product is based on the features of the HOPEX Suite to describe and manage the different project phases and steps in the customer journey.
Last but not least, the HOPEX suite assessment tool is used to record, over time, an assessment of the steps in the customer journey. The consolidated results of these assessments are visible in the customer journey diagrams.
