The Rank summarizes the evaluation criteria of the applicaction: the technical efficiency, the functional support and business value.
If the sum of the evaluation criteria gives:
3 or 4 the Rank is 1 star
5 or 6 the Rank is 2 stars
7 or 8 the Rank is 3 stars
9 or 10 the Rank is 4 stars
11 or 12 the Rank is 5 stars
If the sum is less than 3 the application is ranked 0 stars.
