Modifying the Collaborative Workspace Properties
The Owner or a Manager of the collaborative workspace can modify the comment of this workspace.
Accessing collaborative workspace properties
To access the collaborative workspace properties:
1. Connect to your collaborative workspace.
2. In your HOPEX desktop, click Main menu > Collaborative Workspace > Properties.
The collaborative workspace Properties window appears.
Modifying the collaborative workspace comment
To modify the collaborative workspace comment:
1. Access the collaborative workspace properties.
2. Select Characteristics.
3. In the Comment pane, enter your modifications.
4. Click OK.
