Action Plans Summary Reports
The access path to action plans reports depend on the solution you actually use.
To access action plans in Business Architecture solutions, for example:
1. From the Projects navigation pane, select Corrective Action Plans > Hierarchy View.
The action plan tree is displayed.
2. Expand the Reports folder.
The folders containing the possible report types appears.
Action Plan Progress

This graph is based on progress states of several action Plans (entered as a parameter in the report) to show the progress rate percentage planned on different dates.

Action Plan Follow-Up 
The report is composed of different graphs (bar charts and pie charts) showing actions plans associated to contexts (processes and entities) defined as parameters.

Action plans by status 
This bar chart presents action plan statuses.
The sum of action plans must be equal to the number of action plans. The number is in the legend.
Action plans by progress 
This pie chart presents action plan breakdown according to their progress rate. Possible statuses are the following:
In time=in progress with due date superior to 30 days
Late=in progress with due date inferior to 0 days.
Approaching due date=in progress with due date between 0 and 30 days.
Canceled
Closed
The sum of action plans must be equal to the number of action plans. The number is in the legend.
Action Plans By Priority 
This bar chart presents action plan breakdown according to priority.
Available priorities are the following: "Critical", “High”, "Medium” or “Low”.
The sum of action plans must be equal to the number of action plans. The number is in the legend.
Action plans by category 
This bar chart presents action plan breakdown according to their category.
Possible categories are: Corrective, Preventive.
The sum of action plans must be equal to the number of action plans. The number is in the legend.
Action Plans By Nature 
This bar chart presents breakdown action plans by nature.
The sum of action plans must be equal to the number of action plans. The number is in the legend.
Action Plans by Entity 
This bar chart presents breakdown action plans for each entity selected.
X-axis: All entities selected
Y-axis: number of action linked to each entity and sub-entity.
If no entity is selected, all root entities are presented.
Action plans by process 
This bar chart presents breakdown action plans for each process selected.
X-axis: all root selected
Y-axis: number of action linked to each process and sub-process
If no process is selected, all root processes (organizational and business processes) are presented.
