Creating a Data Model (Merise)
To create a data model:
1. In HOPEX Information Architecture, click Logical Data in the navigation pane.
2. In the navigation pane, click All data models.
3. In the edit area, click New.
The data model mapping creation dialog box opens.
4. Enter the name of the model.
5. Click OK.
The data model appears in the list of data models.
Data Diagram (Merise)
A data diagram is a graphical representation of a model or of part of a model. The creation of a diagram varies slightly depending on whether you are in Windows Front-End or Web Front-End.
To create a data diagram:
Right-click the data model and select New > Data Diagram (Merise).The data diagram opens.
