Indicating the Category of a Data Item
A data item can belong to one or more data categories.
To indicate which category a data item belongs to:
1. Open the properties of the data item in question.
2. Select the Data Categories page.
3. Click Connect.
4. In the search window, search and select the category in question.
5. Click OK.
