Sensitive Data
A data category is considered sensitive if it is subject to specific processing conditions.
Examples of sensitive data categories are:
- data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs;
- trade-union membership;
- genetic data;
- health-related data;
- data concerning a person's sex life or sexual orientation.
