-Context: The name of the context object. Successive rows can have the same values
-Risk: The name of the risk attached to this context object
-Assessed Characteristic + Year 1 : Net risk of current risk for Year 1, contextualized to context instance
-Action Plans: Text String showing the list of Action plans linked to Risk
-Characteristic + Year 2: Net risk of current risk for Year 2, contextualized to context instance
