Internal Control - Action Plan Follow-up Report
This report is composed of different charts (bar and pie) representing the action plans linked to the contexts (processes , entities ) chosen.
Action plans by Status
The bar chart shows the Action plan object status.
The sum of all Action plans shall be equal to the total number of Action plans.
Quantities are to be placed in legend.
Action plans by Progress
The Pie Chart shows the Action plan percentage breakdown per Progress. Available object statuses are:
-On time = In progress and deadline greater than 30 days
-Delayed = In progress and deadline less than 0 day
-Arriving at due date= In progress and deadline between 0 and 30 days
-Cancelled
-Closed
The sum of all Action plans shall be equal to the total number of Action plans.

Action plans by Priority
The Pie Chart shows the Action plan percentage breakdown by priority.
Available priorities are: Critical, High, Medium, Low
The sum of all Action plans shall be equal to the total number of Action plans
Quantities are to be placed in legend.
Action plans by Category
The Pie Chart shows the Action plan percentage breakdown by category.
Available categories are: Corrective, Preventive.
The sum of all action plans shall be equal to the total number of action plans.

Action plans by Nature
The Pie Chart shows the Action plan percentage breakdown by Nature.
The sum of all Action plans shall be equal to the total number of Action plans.
Quantities are to be placed in legend.
 
Action plans by Entity
The bar chart represents the breakdown of action plans for each of the selected entities.
X axis: All the selected entities
Y axis: the number of actions linked to each entity and its children.
If no entity is chosen all the root entities will be chosen.
Action plans By Process
This bar chart represents the breakdown of action plans for each of the selected Processes.
X axis: All the selected Processes
Y axis: the number of actions linked to each process and its children.
if no process is chosen all the root processes (Business processes & Organizational processes) will be chosen.
