Business Process Product x Market Matrix (BPMN)

This matrix describes a business process.

It is displayed in the Product x Market tab of the business process.

Products of the business process offerings are displayed in columns.

Org-units of the business process external participants are presented in rows.

The cells consist of offerings of the business process:

- containing the product in columns

- having as source or target a participant of the business process assigned to the org-unit in rows.

It also displays the business or organizationnal process(es) that are source or target (or both) of the offering.
