In case of saturation, all further incoming tokens are discarded. However, in order to minimize the loss, the operation may notify the previous ones. These preceeding operations will react according to what has been specified in Behavior when Notified of Saturation in their Exiting tab.

As soon as room is freed in the queue, another notification is sent to resume the usual behavior.
