Specifies wether or not the resource is consumable:

- Yes: the resource is definitively consumed each time the associated operations are performed. When one of these operations starts, the quantity is decreased by 1.

- No: the resource is just used by the associated operations. The quantity is decreased by 1 only during operation execution. When the operation is completed, the resource is released and made available again.
