A report data header is defined by a number of values. This set is used to fill-in the axis of a table or chart, using the chosen renderer type.

The set of values of the header can be defined:

- explicitely using an Item (code templates, attributes, etc.) per Value

- computed dynamically using a fetch link

- defined by the input parameter: the instances of the parameter define the items
