Properties of an Issue
Open an issue properties dialog box.You can best define the problem using its characteristics.
Issue type
Issue can be classified by Issue type:
• Machine
• Material
• Measurement
• Method
• Person
Issue causes and effects
Consider the sequencing of the following issue:
"Issue 2" has "Issue 1" as its cause and "Issue 3" as its effect.
Issue repercussions and solutions
The Repercussion tab of the issue properties dialog box allows you to view which objects are affected by the issue.
The Solution tab of the issue properties dialog box allows you to specify objectives to be set as well as the projects that will enable solution of identified issues.
