You can access:
• MS Word reports concerning an object
• on all MS Word repository reports
Accessing MS Word reports concerning an object
To access reports (MS Word) concerning an object:
1. Open the properties page of the object.
2. Select the General tab and then the Documents subtab.
Reports (MS Word) concerning the object are visible in the Reports (MS Word) pane.
Accessing all MS Word reports
To access all repository Reports (MS Word):
1. Open the Documentation navigation window.
To open this window, click 
> Documentation.2. Expand the Reports (MS Word) folder.
