Managing your Notification and Object Follow-up Options
You can modify the notification and object follow-up default options:
• receive your alerts in pop-up mode
• view the notifications for all users
• disable the reception of alerts
• define the default address of the senders of the alert via e-mail
• define the period for updating followed objects by week, quarter, or year (monthly by default).
Receiving your alerts in pop-up mode
By default, your alerts appear in the toolbar of your HOPEX desktop. A red dot indicates that you have unread notifications

.You can also receive your alerts in pop-up mode.
To receive your alerts in pop-up mode:
1. Access your options (Main Menu > Settings > Options).
2. In the options tree, select Collaborative environment.
3. Select Notification management and object follow-up.
4. In the pane to the right, select the Activate notification pop-up window option.
Modifying the default options
To modify the notification and follow-up default options:
1. Access your options (Main Menu > Settings > Options).
2. In the options tree, select Collaborative environment.
3. Select Notification management and object follow-up.
4. In the right pane, select/clear the options in question.
