Deleting Participants from Your Collaborative Workspace
Once your collaborative workspace has been created and participants defined, you can delete participants from your collaborative workspace.
*To block access to a participant, see Modifying Collaborative Workspace Participant Access Level.
To delete a participant from your collaborative workspace:
1. From your HOPEX desktop:
Windows Front-End: in the HOPEX menu bar, select File > Workspace > Manage Participants.
Web Front-End: click Main menu > Collaborative Workspace > Management Participants.
The collaborative workspace participants dialog box appears.
2. Select the person and click Disconnect .
The person is deleted from the list of participants in your collaborative workspace and can no longer connect.
*The person receives a notification e-mail if you selected option Send notification by e-mail (see Creating Collaborative Workspaces).
