Accessing your Notifications
In the main toolbar of your HOPEX desktop, a red dot indicates that you have unread notifications 
.
.You can access:
• your unread notifications directly
• all your notifications
Your notifications are sorted by state:
• the notifications that you have not read
• the notifications that you have read

.To access your unread notifications directly:
1. In the HOPEX main toolbar, click

.2. Click Show all Unread Notifications.
All your unread notifications are listed in the Navigation edit area.
Each notification specifies:
• the person at the origin of the notification
• the HOPEX object associated with the notification
• the subject of the notification
• the date and time of transmission (GMT) of the notification
To access your notifications that are already read, select My Read Notifications in the drop-down menu.3. Click the name of the HOPEX object to access its properties.
The Properties window appears in the edit area and presents the properties of the modified object.
Accessing all notifications
To access all your notifications
1. From your HOPEX desktop, access the My Notifications feature.
The notifications that you have not read appear in order of creation (with the most recent first).
2. To access your notifications that you have already read, select My Read Notifications in the drop-down menu.
