Updating a diagram in tabular input mode
*When you create an object in a diagram, it is automatically connected to the diagram.
Creating a diagram in tabular input mode 
To create an object in tabular input mode to add it to a diagram:
1. Click the tab corresponding to the type of object you want to create.
2. Click New.
The Add object window appears.
3. Enter the name of the object and click OK.
If you are in Synchronized mode, the diagram is automatically updated; otherwise, click on Refresh.
Adding an existing object in tabular diagram mode 
To add an existing object to a diagram:
1. Click the tab corresponding to the type of object you want to create.
2. Click Connect.
The query dialog box appears.
3. If applicable, select the type of object and perform a search on the objects.
4. Select the objects that interest you and click Connect.
If you are in Synchronized mode, the diagram is automatically updated; otherwise, click on Refresh.
Creating an object from a table 
When you roll the mouse over the end of a line of the table a number of buttons appear to add one or more rows, or to delete the current row.
A click on the Add button creates a new row located immediately below. The cells of this new row are pre-populated identically to the row row and the new object is associated with the new row and is automatically linked to the copied object.
Creating several objects of the same type in tabular input mode 
You can quickly create several objects of the same type possibly linked between them or to an object already in the diagram.
For example, to simultaneously create a number of operations in an organizational process diagram:
1. Select the operation or the organizational process from which you want to create the other operations.
2. Click the Multiple Creation button.
The creation dialog box opens.
3. Select the concept that interests you.
4. Enter the Number of Steps you wish to create.
5. Link these operations by selecting Sequenced or Independent.
6. Click OK.
