Third-Parties Report
This report contains a list of third parties involved in the existing processing activities.
Pre-requisites
For the processing activities to be displayed in this report, you must have created a sub-processing activity of "sub-contractor" type.
Launching the Third-party report
To display the third-party report:
In the navigation menu select Follow-up and Reports > Third Parties Report.Third-party report content
It gives the following information for each third-party:
• Processing activity
• Raw risk
• Compliance level
• Last assessment date of the processing activity
The report distinguishes between:
• active third-parties
• obsolete third-parties
