Defines whether this parameter must be used for user access rights computation or not.

For example, if the parameter to be filled is a metatree and if the metatree is not accessible for the end user, this parameter must be set to "Sensible and Mandatory" which means the Parameterized Tool and its container must not be displayed if the metatree is not available.

If the parameter is a boolean value, the attribute must be set to unsensitive.

If the parameter match a specific concept but the tool can be displayed without this concept, the attribute must be set to sensitive.
