Overloading Elements
Elements can also be overloaded, just as attributes can.
This overloading indicates that element B (overloading element) is substituted for element A (overloaded element) and that the properties of element B (overloading) are defined with priority over A.

Restriction: The overloaded element must be an element inherited from an ancestor class.
To indicate that an element is overloaded in the schema editor:
1. Open the Properties dialog box of the overloaded role.
2. Select the Complements tab.
3. Select Overloading role and click the Connect button.
4. In the Choose selector dialog box, find the overloading role and click Connect.

3. In the diagram, click the overloading role and connect it to the overloaded role.
4. A dialog box will ask you to select the type of link you wish to create. Select Overloaded element then click OK.
You can also overload groups.
