Activating Variations
To be able to create variations:
1. Open the HOPEX options dialog box.

2. Click Business Process and Architecture Modeling.
3. In the right pane of the window, select the Activate Variations check box.
4. Click OK.
When this option has been activated, you can:
• create variations
• view in the interface the options that enable modification of default behavior of variations in HOPEX.
*The descriptors and the query tool propose for example check boxes to take account of inheritance. For more information on these functions, see the guide and “Querying Using the Query Assistant", page 202.
• access the Variations subtab in the General tab of the objects properties dialog box.
