Matrix of Risks Incurred by Org-Units

This report inventories risks incurred by a set of org-units.

For more details on the specification of risks incurred, see "Organizing Risks".

Access path

To access this report with the Control & Risk Architect profile:

1. Click on the org-unit (or the risk) in question, and with its pop-up menu and select Report Discovery.

The list of Reports Available appears in the edit area.

2. Open the Risk Analysis folder.

The Matrix of Risks Incurred by Org-Units in the list of reports.

3. Click Customize and Launch New Report if you wish to add org-units or risks.

When a report template includes several required parameters, you must complete the report before launching it.

To create this report with the Risk Manager (simplified) profile: in the Reports tab, select Identification > Matrix of Risks Incurred by Org-Units.

Report parameters

Parameter	Parameter type	Constraints
Org-units exposed to risks	Org-Units	At least one object mandatory.
Scope of analyzed risks	Risk	Not mandatory. If no value is given, all risks are analyzed.

Report example

The first part of the report presents the number of org-units connected to each risk.

In the example below:

- a risk is connected to 7 org-units

- a risk is connected to 2 org-units

- three risks are connected to 1 single org-unit.

The second part of the report presents the matrix of links between the org-units and the risks that are part of the scope and that are connected to each other.
