Velocity
The velocity of a Risk defines the speed at which the risk consequences may propagate to other assets when the risk occurs on a given asset.
E.g. a system intrusion risk occuring for an asset when a threat is exploiting an important security breach vulnerability will expose other connected assets.
This is used as a weighting factor for the Inherent Risk \ERM when assessing the risk level, in order to compute the Weighted Inherent Risk value.
