The ITPM Functional Administrator profile is a connection profile for ITPM. It gives access to Administration desktop and to ITPM-specific desktops.

 

The ITPM Functional Administrator:

- has rights on all objects and workflows

- manages users

- prepares the work environment (creation of organizational units and processes, sites, business lines, etc.).
