Using Lists
Repository objects are often presented as lists of objects of the same type.
To access a list of objects, for example risks:
1. Select the Environment desktop.
2. Select Environment > Risk Universe > Trees > All Risks.
The list presenting risk names and their characteristics appears.
The name of an object presented in two columns:
• Local Name: is the name of the object as it appears in the Characteristics tab of its properties page,
• Name: is the complete name of the object with the list of owner objects. This naming mechanism allows giving the same local name to two objects owned by different objects.
To create an object:
1. Position on an objects list, for example risks.
2. Click
New
.

This button is only proposed if your profile is authorized to create an object of the selected type. For example, Risk Managers are not authorized to create new processes.
3. Specify the necessary fields and click OK.

To access objects connected to an entity:
1. In the properties page of an entity, expand the Assignments section.
2. Select one of the tabs corresponding to object types that can be connected.

To access the complete list of available object types, click the double arrow

on the right of the section tabs.
Depending on the object type and your profile, you can access certain commands concerning objects in the list. For example:
• Properties: to open the properties page of an object selected in the list
• New: to create an object and to add it to the list of connected objects
• Connect: to connect an existing object
• Disconnect: to remove the selected object from the list of objects connected to the current object
