Check Descriptors
A check descriptor applies to part of MEGA repository content and edits results in the form of an HTML report.
The HTML report details characteristics not only of the object checked, but also of the objects it contains. A report on a descriptor relating to an organizational process will therefore display results for the process (such as comment, manager org-unit, etc.) followed by results linked to operations of this process.
You can extend the check to all objects directly or indirectly linked to the main object.
To run the check descriptor:
Right-click an object and select
Check >
Check Descriptor.
For diagram type objects, the function is also available by selecting
Diagram >
Described Object Check >
Check Descriptor.
Having selected a check type if necessary, an HTML page appears.
Checks carried out are listed and objects with no comment or isolated are indicated. You can modify the object types concerned via the explorer by clicking the hypertext links.
