Indicators and Dashboards
Indicators
*An indicator is a measure of achievement of an objective, impact of a risk factor, frequency and impact of a risk, effectiveness of a control, etc.
For the quantitative objectives, the indicator(s) are generally easy to find.
To assess to what extent qualitative objectives are achieved, specific indicators may need to be created.

Indicators are installed to ensure that the solution proposed meets set objectives and is viable in the long term.
Indicators are not visible by default. To display these in the properties of an objective:
1. Click Tools > Options of MEGA.
2. Select the Business Process and Architecture Modeling folder.
3. In the right pane, select option Supervision.
To specify indicators associated with an objective:
*In the properties dialog box of the objective, select the Supervision tab.
Dashboard
To assure control of the enterprise, it is necessary to group the relevant indicators in a dashboard.
A dashboard enables preparation of a list of objectives and indicators required for control of an enterprise business process, application or org-unit such as a service.
The dashboard concept can be accessed in the properties dialog box of the main objects used in project control:
Business Processes and Organizational Processes
Org Unit
Applications
 
You can open the properties dialog box of an indicator from its pop-up menu.
