Using a Report DataSet
When the Report DataSet is created, go to the properties page to perform the following operations:
Making a Report DataSet confidential
A Report DataSet is public by default. It is stored in MEGA and shared with other users. You can make your Report DataSet confidential.
To make your Report DataSet confidential:
1. Access the Report DataSet properties.

2. Select the Characteristics tab.
3. In the Report DataSet Sharing field, select 'Private' from the drop-down list.
4. Click Save .
Exporting a Report DataSet
You can export a Report DataSet in PDF or Excel format.
To export a Report DataSet:
1. Access the Report DataSet properties.

2. Select the Data tab.
3. In the Report Data pane, click PDF or Excel .
Generating an instant report from the Report DataSet
To generate an instant report from the Report DataSet :
1. Access the Report DataSet properties.

2. Select the Data tab.
3. In the Report Data frame, click Instant Report .
You can create a matrix or quantitative (bar chart) instant report or you can create an breakdown instant report in the form of pie chart or bar chart.

Refreshing Report DataSet data
In the Report DataSet properties, the Data tab specifies the date and time of the last Report DataSet generation, as well as the time required for generation.
To refresh Report DataSet data:
1. Access the Report DataSet properties.

2. In the Data tab, click Refresh .
Hiding Report DataSet column display
You can hide the Report DataSet columns that you do not want to display.
To hide Report DataSet columns:
1. Access the Report DataSet properties.

2. From a column title, select Columns, then clear all the column titles that you want to hide.
