Managing Favorites
Favorites allows you to quickly access objects consulted regularly. They enable access to all actions possible on these objects. Favorites are useful when your repository is large and you want to save valuable time in navigation.
Adding an object to favorites
To add an object to your Favorites list:
Right-click the object you wish to add to your favorites and select
Add to Favorites.
A message indicates that the object has been added to your favorites.
Accessing your favorites
To access your favorites:
From the
View tool group, click button
.
The favorites navigation window appears (if closed) and expands.
Removing an object from favorites
To remove an object from your favorites list:
1. From the favorites navigation tree.
2. Expand the Favorites folder, right-click the object to be removed and select Disconnect.
