Project Types
A method can be implemented in a project by using a project type.

A project type defines project typology such as description of a business process, mapping or development of applications, etc. A project type can be implemented using one or several methods.
Accessing a project type
To access properties of a project type:
1. In the Methodologynavigation window, expand the "Project Type" folder.
2. Right-click the "Business Process Modeling" project type for example and select Properties.
3. In its properties dialog box, select the Methods tab.
The list of methods proposed to implement this project is displayed.
4. Select the Complements tab to view the list of project contexts.

A
project context can be a project type, a method or a deliverable.
Creating a project type
To create a project type from the navigation window:
1. In the Methodology navigation window, right-click the "Project Type" folder and select New > Project type.
The Creation of a Project Type dialog box appears.
2. Enter the name of the project type.
3. Click OK.
The project type appears in the list.
