Changing Shape Sets
As standard, you have several sets of shapes which correspond to:
• versions earlier than 5.2
• version 5.2 and later versions (except version 2005)
• version 2005
• version 2009
To modify the shapes version used in a diagram:
1. In a diagram, select Diagram > Properties.
*In MEGA Web Front-End, in the diagram pop-up menu, select Properties.
2. In the Characteristics tab of the diagram properties, select a value in the Shapes Version field.
• "Before MEGA 5.2"
• "After MEGA 5.2"
• "After MEGA 2005"
• "After MEGA 2009"
3. Open the diagram.
4. Click Drawing > Initialize Shapes (MEGA Windows Front-End).
The appropriate shapes are then loaded.
If you are using a version of MEGA later than 5.2:
• New diagrams will use the new shapes by default.
*If you want to use the old shapes, you must select the value "Before MEGA 5.2" or "After MEGA 5.2" in the Shapes Version list box.
• For compatibility, old diagrams always use the old shapes.
*If you want to use the more recent shapes, you must select the value "After MEGA 2005" in the Shapes Version list box.
