Adding Notes
If you want to highlight a particular point in your diagram, you can create a note and attach it to an object.
To create a note:
1. In the insert toolbar, click Note .
*If Note does not appear in the insert toolbar, click Views and Details in the diagram toolbar. In the dialog box that opens, select the Notes check box then click OK.
2. Click in the diagram at the position where you wish to add the note.
The Creation of Note - Characteristics dialog box appears.
3. Enter a name for the note in the Name box, or retain the name automatically generated by MEGA.
*A note is unique in the repository. If you give an already existing name for the note, you cannot finish the procedure.
4. In the Type box, click the drop-down menu arrow and select a note type.
*Note types are for example: Warning, Correction, Improvement, Question, Remark, Justification, Example, etc.
5. Enter your text in the Comment area.
6. Click Create.
Your note appears in the diagram.
7. In the insert toolbar, click and connect the note to the object concerned.
