Query Tool
This function enables query of objects in the repository. You can specify query parameters for:
• Links around the target object.
• Objects connected by these links.
• Links from these objects.
• New objects connected by these links, etc.
A search is executed by a query, which defines:
• The objects and links traversed.
• Conditions on links and objects making up the repository browsing path.
*Keyboard shortcuts can be used in the query tool. For more details, see "Useful Keyboard Shortcuts".
A query can be written:
• using a wizard
• directly in the repository query language (ERQL)
*ERQL (Entity Relationship Query Language) allows you to define queries using entity/relationship formalism.
