Managing Access to Book Paragraphs
Book elements can reference several repository objects. If a user is currently modifying an object referenced in a book and has not dispatched his/her work, a note is automatically displayed in the text of the paragraph that references the object.
The automatically generated note provides:
• The name of the object being modified
• The name of the user working on the object
• The last modification date
Modification access to the paragraph is prohibited.
