Using Library Objects
When you are working on a business process diagram for example, you may reuse a process already existing in the current library.
*The current library is the library containing the current object; this library is not necessarily the default library.
From a business process diagram, to obtain the list of business processes owned by the current library:
1. In the edit window, click the Business Process button and click in the described business process diagram.
The Add Business Process dialog box opens.
2. In the Name box, click the drop-down menu arrow and select Propose.
The Business Process dialog box appears and lists the business processes in the current library.
*If the library contains sub-libraries, or if it accesses other libraries, objects contained in these libraries are also proposed.
*If you are searching for a process outside the current library, you can use the List command. This command displays all business processes in the repository, irrespective of their owner library.
