Defining the Object Owner
The owner of an object is automatically specified at creation of the object. If there is no current library, the object owner will be the default library.
To change the library owning an object, such as an organizational process for example:
1. Right-click the object and select Properties.
2. In the Characteristics tab of the properties dialog box, in the Owner box, click the drop-down menu arrow and select Library.
3. In the Owner box on the right, click the drop-down menu arrow and select Library Neighborhood.
The Selection of objects of Library type window lists the libraries owned and accessed by the current library.
4. In the Selection of objects of Library type window, select the chosen library and click OK.
The name of the library appears in the object properties dialog box.
5. Click Close to close the object properties dialog box.
In the navigation tree, the object appears under the library.
*You can also list all repository libraries by selecting List at the right of the field.
