Defining Library Object Presentation
Objects in a library can be grouped in two ways:
• by type: objects are arranged in folders corresponding to their type.
This form of presentation is active by default. A folder is created only if there is at least one object of the type.
• or by name: objects are presented in alphabetical order.
To modify presentation of objects:
1. In the Home navigation window, right-click the repository name and select Regroup > By Name.
2. Expand a library to view its list of objects, now presented in alphabetical order.
