Correlation Identifier
Every event carries mcpCorrelationId, a short and stable identifier of the caller. It replaces the former mcpSessionId.

The prefix is followed by a 12-character digest: the identifier never contains the API key or the OAuth client identifier in clear. It stays the same across reconnections and server restarts, and differs for each schema and each client installation of the same user.
To count callers, count distinct mcpCorrelationId values. To count users, count distinct login values in MCPServerCallerIdentified.
