Mass Addition of a Tag to Objects
You can add a tag to one object or add a tag to more than one object at a time.
To add a tag to one object, see Adding a tag to an object.To add a tag to more than one object at a time:
1. Access the repository tags.
2. In the Hierarchy View tab, right-click the tag concerned and select Connect > Element with tags.
Example: the "rental" tag.
3. (if needed) In the first selection field, select a specific object type to restrict the search.
4. In the second field of the search tool, enter the search characters.
Example: "rental".
All objects that contain the searched characters are listed.
5. In search results, select all the objects to which you want to add the tag.
6. Click OK.
The tag is added to all the selected objects.
Example: The "rental" tag is added to all objects whose name contains "rental".
