Creating a Tag or Creating Mass Tags
To standardize tags, instead of creating a tag by adding the tag to the object, you can create tags.
These tags are then available in the list of tags to be added to the objects.
To create a tag:
1. Access the repository tags.
2. In the All Tags tab, click New

Alternative: if you want to create a tag while classifying it in a folder, in the Hierarchy View tab, right-click the classification folder and select New > Tag.See Classifying the Tags.3. In the Name field, enter a tag.
Example: location.
4. Click OK.
The tag is created.
